1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing portalrelay.digital or enrolling in programs offered by Portalrelay Digital Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services Description
We provide educational courses, mentor sessions, and related materials in IT and technical communication. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing on the website are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed separately.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use materials only for personal or authorized organizational learning. You may not redistribute course materials, record live sessions without permission, or harass staff or other participants.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, curricula, templates, and branding are owned by Portalrelay Digital Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials during your enrollment period. Portfolio work you create remains yours; we may request permission to showcase anonymized samples.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daejeon shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days before initiating litigation.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or conduct that disrupts learning environments. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email when feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
